by Deanna Macaranas

SOUTH Korea’s National Forensic service has released the autopsy result revealing the cause of death of South Korean singer Park Bo Ram. The result was sent to the Namyang Police Department.

In a report by South Korean media outlet Allkpop, Bo Ram is believed to have died due to acute alcohol poisoning. She had reportedly been suffering from health issues such as liver lesions and fatty liver disease.

The National Forensic Service also found no evidence of any other possible causes of death.

It was on April 12 when Bo Ram’s agency Xanuda Entertainment confirmed her death. An acquaintance found the 30-year-old unconscious inside their home on the night of April 11.

Bo Ram excused herself around 9:55 p.m. to use the bathroom but never returned. Her friends came to check on her and found Bo Ram slouched over the sink and unconscious.

She was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Park Bo Ram first rose to fame after participating on an audition program “Superstar K2.” In 2014, the singer went on a debut with her first solo track titled, “Beautiful.”
