FILIPINA singer-actress Maymay Entrata is set to collaborate with a K-pop star for her latest single, her music label Star Pop announced.
Entrata will be joining forces with PENTAGON’s rapper, vocalist, and maknae Jung Woo-seok, commonly known by his stage name Wooseok, for her upcoming single called Autodeadma.
This new record from the Amakabogera songstress will be released on Friday, April 28.
This marks Entrata’s first collaboration with an international artist. Autodeadma is also the follow up to her 2021 earworm Amakabogera and 2022 hit single Puede Ba.
Star Pop announced the collaboration in a Tweet that also showed a clip of the two artists’ virtual meeting.
“The secret is finally out! ‘Autodeadma’ by @maymayentrata07 feat. #WOOSEOK of [Pentagon]. Save the date – 04.28.23.” it said.
What the song’s about
Autodedma is a song that talks about dismissing comments from haters and ultimately enjoying what one wants to do with their life. It will be released under Star Pop, a music label under ABS-CBN.
Entrata also expressed her gratitude to Wooseok and his label for this project.
“Thank you Wooseok of [Pentagon] for being part of our upcoming single, such a huge honor and thank you so much po,” the actress wrote on her personal Twitter account.

Aside from being a singer, Entrata is also an actress and TV host. She gained local recognition after joining and winning the reality TV show Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7 in 2017.
Her song Amakabogera was nominated for Best Asia Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2022.
Meanwhile, Wooseok debuted in 2016 after joining the reality survival program Pentagon Maker. He officially emerged as one of the members of the boy group PENTAGON with the release of its first single Gorilla the same year.
