K-pop girl group H1-KEY to hold concert in PH

by Joanna Deala

ANOTHER group of K-pop idols is embarking on a concert tour in Asia, with a stop in the Philippines.

Rising K-pop girl group H1-KEY will bring its “GO RUN! H1-KEY” concert tour to the country on March 22 at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City, according to concert promoter HY LIVE.

H1-KEY is composed of Seoi, Riina, Yel and Hwiseo, who debuted under Grandline Group.

Ticket prices for the upcoming musical event range from P1,800 for balcony tickets to P5,500 for VIP+ tickets.

Benefits include a photo card, a signed poster and access to the Hi-Bye session, meet and greet, group photo, and fan sign and press conference, depending on ticket tiers.

One of the highlights that the group’s fans, collectively known as M1-KEY, can expect from the concert is the appearance of a P-pop star as special guest.

The identity of the artist is yet to be revealed but HY LIVE dropped a clue on its poster which has an icon of a game console.

Whoever guesses it right will win two tickets to the concert, it said.

Several netizens were quick to guess that the P-pop star would be Josh Cullen of P-pop boy group SB19.

H1-KEY previously joined forces with Josh for a dance cover of the latter’s song “Get Right” on TikTok.

The P-pop idol, on the other hand, did a dance cover of the girl group’s latest single “Thinkin’ About You” with H1-KEY members.

This will be H1-KEY’s first Asia tour since their debut in January 2022, with the release of their single “ATHLETIC GIRL.” In 2023, the group released their first and second mini album “Rose Blossom” and “Seoul Dreaming,” respectively.

Just last month, H1-KEY dropped a live performance video of “Thinkin’ About You.”
