HEART Evangelista and Jinkee Pacquiao never fail to turn heads anywhere they go with their OOTDs. They did it again by wearing designer items that may look casual, but actually cost a pretty penny.
Evangelista was present for the recently concluded New York Fashion Week, attended by international celebrities and fashion creatives.
The 38-year-old Filipino fashionista immediately generated buzz on the first day of the premier fashion event by wearing an all-white ensemble from Filipina designer Marian Zara.
Her outfit was made up of a sheer, high-necked long-sleeved dress layered with a white corset.
But what made her outfit even more eye-catching was her unique accessory– a paint can.
It’s not an actual can of paint, of course. It is the LV Paint Can handbag from the luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton.
The white and orange bag that the Filipino style icon carried cost a whopping Singaporean $4,150 or over P172,000.
According to LV’s website, this unique bag features a single main compartment with opening tab, a metal handle, a removable and adjustable strap, and a magnetic closure.
The LV Paint Can bag is said to be “roomy enough to hold two phones and other personal items.”
The luxurious bag was first introduced in the Men’s Fall/Winter 2022 runway show. It was designed by Virgil Abloh, the late artistic director of LV.
The LV Paint Can also comes in different colors from Abloh’s signature palette, such as green, yellow, red, blue, and purple.
Pricey pajamas and more
Jinkee, the wife of eight-division boxing champion and former senator Manny Pacquiao, continued her sleepwear OOTD series by sporting a set of silk pajamas from luxury house Dior.
On her flight to Greece with her husband, the fashionista was seen wearing Dior’s Chez Moi pajama set, composed of a short-sleeved long shirt and shorts in a gray and pink shade from Dior’s Dioriviera collection.
The pajama set showcased the Toile de Jouy Sauvage motif derived from Dior’s “hallmark pattern with a play on reversed colors,” according to the fashion house’s website.
Preview reported that Jinkee’s top cost $2,700 or over P153,000, while her shorts cost $1,8000 or over P102,000.
It also said she paired these with a pink pair of Diorsignature B1U Butterfly sunglasses worth $590 or over P33,000, a white Cartier Santos 100 watch worth P457,000 to P562,000, a pair of violet Hermes Oran fur sandals worth $1,045 or over P59,000, and an Hermes Kelly Sellier 25 Black Shiny Alligator with Gold Hardware worth $75,500 or over P4 million.
Her overall look cost P5 million in total.
The socialite has previously been seen in public wearing designer pajamas.
The last time she sported the luxury sleepwear was in July, when she donned a pair of LV monogram silk pajamas while onboard a private jet.
