THE watercolor video game Dordogne will finally be available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox, Playstation, and PC this June, seven months after its punisher announced that it was coming.
Through a stunning trailer, game publisher Focus Entertainment, in partnership with game developers UN JE NE SAIS QUOI and UMANIMATION, announced on Wednesday that players can now immerse themselves in the colorful world of Dordogne this June 14 (Philippine time).
The game can be purchased via Nintendo Switch, as well as Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam.
Dordogne features hand-painted watercolor scenes as players follow the heartwarming story of a young girl named Mimi, who is searching for her childhood memories that she has mysteriously forgotten.

The story is set in a blissful French countryside, and players will be able to traverse the world between childhood and adulthood as they join the game’s main character in her nostalgic journey.

Players will need to explore the panoramas, scents, sounds, sensations and the warm memories of Mimi’s childhood spent with her grandmother in order to progress in this story-focused gameplay.

The game will allow players to explore the landscapes of France’s Dordogne region and collect photos, sounds and scents to create a journal unique to their adventure
Dordogne is available for pre-purchase on video game digital distribution service Steam for P495, P838.74 through the Playstation Store, and P1,118.51 for the Xbox series.
Meanwhile, the indie game’s price for Nintendo Switch is yet to be announced.
