FROM entering the emerging P-pop industry in 2020, 1st One is now gearing up to celebrate its fourth anniversary as a group with a fan concert.
1st One—composed of Ace, Max, Alpha, J, Joker, and Jayson—announced that the fan concert will be held on August 3 at the Music Museum in San Juan. This will showcase how the group “elevated” and “evolved” through the years.
“Every time there’s a fan con, all of us members also get very excited,” said 1st One leader Ace in a press statement. “We want to bond not only with our fans who’re present in every gig but also to see the actual faces of the fans who we only interact with online almost every day.”
The event will not be just about 1st One, but it will also serve as a platform for all their fans, both old and new, to connect with one another and share their love for their favorite idols.
“In our mall tours and events, we see a lot of new faces, new supporters, and fans. We are humbled by the growing attention and support,” Jayson shared, pertaining to their growing fandom.
The upcoming fan concert will give For One an opportunity to interact closely with 1st One through a meet and greet session, where they can take a photo with and get autographs from the P-pop idols.
They can also learn more about 1st One through a question-and-answer segment, where fans may ask about what life is like for their idols behind the camera.
Fans may showcase their talents and creativity through fun activities and games prepared for them, including art exhibits, dance competitions, and cosplay contests.
Ace encouraged them to attend the fan concert in their “best dance outfits.”
To make the day more memorable for For One, the boy group will also give access to their exclusive merchandise, including limited edition apparel, accessories, and signed posters.
Of course, a fan concert will not be complete without the exhilarating live performances, which 1st One assured will be, “Pang-Araneta level.”
“We will be performing some of our biggest hits, as well as, who knows, potentially, debuting new tracks,” J teased.
P-pop girl group DIONE and dance groups ALPHA and PARALX will also grace the event as guest performers.
Tickets for the fourth-anniversary fan concert are now available via Ticketnet outlets and 1st One’s website. Prices range from P500 for Balcony to P1,800 for VIP.
1st One debuted in the P-pop scene in July 2020 under Seoul-based talent management firm FirstOne Entertainment, after undergoing individual training in South Korea.
Since releasing their debut single “You Are The One (Ttak Maja Nuh),” 1st One continued to release subsequent songs like “Oh,” “Shout Out,” “Turn Up,” “Problem Child,” and “DITO.”
In March 2024, the group dropped the official music video for “DITO,” highlighting their vocal, dance, and acting skills. The song, which may appear as a love song to some, talks about how 1st One members did not give up on their dreams to become P-pop idols.
1st One has yet to release their first album.
