GCash on Google Play is back

by Kiko Cueto

DIGITAL wallet provider GCash said that they are back on the Google Play Store for Android users.

This was the announcement made by the Globe after the mobile wallet was inaccessible for download for several hours.

In their post on X (formerly Twitter), GCash said that they are back on the Google Play Store.

Earlier, GCash said that they were updating some features of its app for Android users.

They also said that they are working closely working with Google to make it available on the Play Store again.

Also, the mobile wallet noted that the accounts and funds are still safe and secure and it coordinated with Google to make the app available on the platform again.

While GCash was unavailable on the Google Play Store, it remained available on the Apple App Store and Huawei App Gallery.

“Remember to only download GCash from official sources: Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Huawei App Gallery,” it said.
