MISS Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel has been in the country since last month for some “special projects” which include hosting, modeling and guesting gigs.
In her recent post on Instagram, the beauty queen explored the Filipino way of traveling when she rode a jeepney while holding on to its rail. She said she accidentally bumped her head during the ride.
In the video, she also added text to share her thoughts.
“When you’re terrified there’s no seatbelt in the jeepney and you don’t know what’s your stop so you just accept your fate,” she wrote.
The video has earned 21,000 likes and received comments from Pinoys who admired her for being fuss-free.

A few days ago, R’Bonney uploaded a video on her IG dubbing the viral soundbite of Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz about Filipino food.
Some Fil-Ams claimed they could relate with the video.
R’Bonney showed her appreciation when she was served with salted egg, ensaymada (Filipino brioche bread), paksiw (meat cooked with vinegar and other spices), pinakbet (vegetable stew with meat) during her guesting at “Eat Bulaga”.
“Maraming salamat #EatBulaga @tvjofficial para sa masayang hapon. Thanks for the fun,” she captioned.
“Thank you for visiting us, R’Bonney!” Eat Bulaga responded.
As part of her “Fil-Am” experience, the former Miss U also tried eating Pinoy street food and has been studying Filipino, the country’s national language.
