Importance of the event

According to iAcademy student Emman Fajardo, this conference will help sharpen the students’ digital skills.

“For me, it [will help] the students gain more ideas on the skills they want to master. It makes us gain a few ‘wear each [other’s] shoes’ to hear the speakers or a professional’s experiences that would give us a few heads up,” he told republicasia.

Meanwhile, Multimedia Arts and Design student Ma. Angela Godoy believes that Lead Like A Pro will become an avenue to help them attain a better future as creatives and future leaders.

Another Multimedia Arts and Design student Calvin Amaro highlighted that the seminar will teach them how to properly utilize their skills and talents through different art forms.

Zairyll  Bendaña, on the other hand, said this workshop will help future media practitioners understand the importance of media in the digital era. She added that the seminar will also become a tool to help prevent the spread of misinformation and disinformation in society.
