by RepublicAsia

P-POP girl group BINI reached a significant milestone as its music video for its hit song “Salamin, Salamin” has garnered over one million views on YouTube.

This was achieved in over two weeks since the video was uploaded on March 8. As of 12 PM, the total view count stands at 1,043,288.

On X (formerly Twitter), BINI expressed its gratitude for the support of its listeners.

“Ang lakas namin sa mahiwangang salamin at syempre sa suporta niyo! TYSM [Thank you so much] mga bes for the magical love,” it said.

Record label Star Music also shared the news on its social media page.

The group’s fans, collectively known as BLOOM, also congratulated their favorite idols for the success of “Salamin, Salamin’s” music video. The terms “Happy 1M SalaminSalaminMV” and “#BINI_SalaminSalamin” became topics on X as fans celebrated the girl group’s feat.

“Deserve so much, congratulations girlies” one fan said on X.

Several fans, on the other hand, hoped that BINI would receive more blessings and attain more achievements in the future.

“Salamin, Salamin” is the second track in the group’s diary-inspired extended play (EP) “Talaarawan,” which has been well-received by both fans and critics. Other songs in the album are “Karera,” “Pantropiko,” “Ang Huling Cha Cha,” “Na Na Nandito Lang,” and “Diyan Ka Lang.”

BINI, known as the “Nation’s Girl Group,” was previously honored with the Rising Star award at the inaugural Billboard Philippines Women in Music event.

The eight-member group–composed of Jhoanna, Maloi, Stacey, Colet, Gwen, Sheena, Mikha, and Aiah–is set to hold its first solo concert on June 28 at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.

Ticket prices range from P747 to P5,336, which will be available starting on April 2 via TicketNet outlets and website.
