Senior Sales and Marketing Officer

– Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with the company’s objectives and market trends. 

– Identify and engage potential clients, creating a pipeline of prospects for deals. 

– Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business. 

– Deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our 

advertising and editorial offerings. 

– Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. 

– Collaborate with internal teams, including editorial, marketing, and design, to create tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs and expectations. 

– Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies and tactics as needed. 

– Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular progress reports to management. 

– Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and 

generate leads. 

– Provide feedback and insights to inform future sales strategies and product development. 

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

– Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive/officer min of 2 years.

– Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.

– High-level communication and networking skills.

– A passion for sales.

– Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.

– Good project management skills.

– Excellent interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work well under pressure.
