THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said on Sunday that one person had been reported as dead.
Based on their situation report, an individual was also reported as missing in the Ilocos Region.
Marce likewise had affected 261,787 people or 76,622 families spread across the Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, and Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
Of the said number, 26,803 people were displaced —13,887 were staying in evacuation centers, and 12,916 were seeking temporary shelters elsewhere.
The estimated damage to infrastructure due to the tropical cyclone is at P25,398,600 in Cagayan Valley.
Meanwhile, 892 houses were totally damaged and 20,038 partially.
A total of P16.1 million worth of assistance has been provided to affected residents.
Marce had exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Friday.
Cagayan was severely damaged after Marce made two landfalls.
