Days after photos on her Instagram account disappeared, actress Liza Soberano returned to the account with a meaningful post.
A glance at her Instagram now shows a series of photos of Soberano. Her post was accompanied by a poem titled “A flower’s dream” that talks about being free. Cryptically, the post carried gloomy photos of herself which seemed as fitting interpretations of each line in the poem.
The full poem reads:
A flower’s dream
I wonder if flowers dream
Do they dream of having wings
Whispers of their flutter, their escape unseen
Imprisoned in a garden;
desire, its lock and key
A cage is a cage—even with a gilded gleam
Imagine them dancing against the wind
Shedding their petals as they ascend
A journey to the sun, a wish within reach
What a comforting thought this is to me
Dare I dream a flower’s dream”

On her Instagram story, she teased about making a “life update soon.”
Liza’s photos disappear
Soberano, regarded as one of the most beautiful actresses of her generation, made headlines over the past few days when eagle-eyed netizens noticed the disappearance of all of the content in her Instagram account.
Her account, which has 17.6 million followers, now yields zero following. But her tagged photos still remain visible.
It is not clear, however, if her account was hacked. Netizens had expressed concern over what happened and asked the actress on Twitter about the fate of her Instagram account.
She has not yet responded.

Liza’s life now
The 25-year-old actress has not been very visible in local showbiz after her management contract with veteran talent handler Ogie Diaz expired early last year. She has since moved to Los Angeles to chase her dream of having an international career.
This was followed by her decision to have her career handled by actor James Reid.
Some people have questioned her decision as they believe her career has since waned and that she is no longer as active as when she was under Diaz.
Even her love team partner and real-life boyfriend Enrique is no longer very visible in showbiz.
However, in August 2022, it was confirmed that she will be part of what would be her first Hollywood movie, “Lisa Frankenstein.”
