Glaiza de Castro and hubby say ‘I do’ again

KAPUSO actress Glaiza de Castro and her Irish husband once again exchanged vows on Monday, January 23, in a resort in Zambales.

The event’s official photographer, Nice Print Photography, shared snaps from the wedding, although the actress herself has yet to post anything about it on social media. 

The wedding appeared to have a modern Filipiniana theme and was held at sunset. 

The actress stunned in her sexy terno-inspired gown by Jo Rubio gown that showed off her toned waist and featured a high slit, while her husband looked like a charming prince in a barong.

Glaiza’s bridesmaids were fellow actors Angelica Panganiban, Rochelle Pangilinan, Isabelle Oli-Prats, Chyna Ortaleza, Alessandra de Rossi and Sheena Halili.

A week before the wedding, Glaiza’s friends surprised her with a memorable wedding shower in a nail salon.

First wedding 

The Zambales wedding was the second time that Glaiza and David walked down the aisle.

In February 2022, the actress revealed that she and David got married in October 2021.

They first tied the knot on a clifftop in Northern Ireland. It was a filming location for the hit series Game of Thrones

The couple met in Siargao in 2018 and maintained a long distance-relationship. David and his whole family are based in Ireland.

Glaiza and David got engaged in December 2020 when she visited him in Ireland. 

Who is Glaiza?

The Filipina actress is best known for her role in the series Kaputol ng Isang Awit which aired in 2008. It is based on a 1991 Philippine novel of the same title.

One of her biggest breaks in showbiz was portraying the role of Pirena in the original hit GMA series Encantadia.

She also made an impact in her title role Contessa in 2018.

Glaiza started her career in show business when she was 13 years old. She is both a singer and an actress.
