I AM getting better.
So Mr. Pure energy Gary Valenciano had to make this assurance after his fans expressed concern about his health.
In a tweet Thursday, the 58-year-old performer apologized for causing alarm about his current state.
“Looks like my last tweet caused many to panic. My apologies,” he said.
The first tweet was posted on Wednesday. He talked about his health asking God for a “miraculous touch” to help him get through the night and future nights to come.
“Help me not lose the sense and spirit of Christmas in the middle of all these challenges,” he said.
“Kindly help in keeping me healthy at all times Lord. In your name Jesus I pray. Amen.”
He did not disclose details, but netizens still peppered his post with prayers and get-well messages.
Apart from friends and fans, among those who expressed support for the singer is former broadcast journalist Steve Dailisan.
“Praying with you, idol,” Dailisan wrote.
