LOOK: Celebs spotted at Eheads reunion concert

INDEED, the Eraserheads “Huling El Bimbo” concert at the SMDC Festival Concert Grounds in Paranaque City last Thursday (December 22) was a historic event for OPM. Attended by an overwhelming 75,000-strong attendees, loyal fans including celebrities braved the crowds just to see the boys perform one last time. 

Original members Ely Buendia, Raimund Marasigan, Buddy Zabala and Marcus Adoro gave a final show to the loyal fans of the Heads who were dying to hear them sing their hits “Pare Ko,” “With A Smile,” “Alapaap,” “Overdrive” and many others. 

Among the celebrities spotted were the “It’s Showtime” gang Vice Ganda, Ion Perez, Karylle with husband Yael Yuzon, Jhong Hilario and Jugs Jugueta.

Beauty Gonzalez proudly introduced authentic ‘90s rock to Gen Z kids Andre Yllana and Marthena Jickain, kids of actress Aiko Melendez.

Formed in 1989, Eraserheads came to be known as the foremost leading alternative rock band in Philippine music. They ruled the ‘90s with their generational mega hits until the band’s break-up in 2002. 

The band’s reunion concert is co-produced by Myriad Entertainment Corp. owned by Richards.
