Celebs rush to concert grounds for EHeads reunion

AS the nation counts down to the much-awaited reunion concert of iconic OPM band Eraserheads today,  celebrities could not contain their excitement, just like everyone else. 

The concert is set to happen tonight, Thursday, at the SMDC Concert Grounds in Paranaque City. 

Along with thousands of frenzied fans who waited years to see the EHeads members on one stage again, celebrities too, had their ‘90s hearts beating fast over the reunion of the iconic group. 

Gary Valenciano, who is also expected to perform with the band, expressed his excitement in a tweet. 

“Ooooh!!! All roads are leading to the SMDC Festival Grounds for a concert

everyone’s been waiting for,” he said in a tweet.

“The Eraserheads: Huling El Bimbo is happening TONIGHT!!! Rehearsals pa lang nakaka excite talaga!!! Join us! Tickets are still very much available! Tara!” he added.

As early as 3:00 pm, fans were already lined up to secure their spots at the venue. Contrary to initial information that tickets have already run out, Valenciano as well as the band clarified that tickets can still be bought. 

In September, vocalist Ely Buendia announced on his Twitter that Eraserheads will have a reunion concert.

Kim Molina asked her followers for help on what to wear for the Eheads concert.

Gabbi Garcia did not exactly say if she will be coming to the concert or not, but shared her excitement over the concert.

A week ago, Alden Richards said he was looking forward to the most-awaited reunion of the year.

News anchor Atom Araullo posted a throwback picture of him together with the band as a way to relate to the concert later.
