FIVE months after its release, the p-pop group BINI’s single “Pantropiko” is still making waves topping the Spotify Philippine Top Charts at #1, surpassing the singer-songwriter Taylor Swift’s newest single “Fortnight.”
“Pantropiko” was released on November 17, 2023 under ABS-CBN Film productions and even though they released the single during ber months with results in slow progress, but pinoy fans showed their love and support of it later in 2024.
“Pantropiko” started to enter the Spotify chart during February 11 this year and landed on 173rd spot. But due to its dance steps, beat, and popularity, it gained 815, 416 streams on Spotify Philippines Top Charts that places in #1 spot. A perfect summer rhythm.

Moreover, the American grammy award singer and songwriter Taylor Swift released her anticipated 11th studio album entitled “The Tortured Poets Department,” also known as TTPD last April 19, 2024. Same day of the release date, she announced the first single of the album “Fortnight” with the collaboration of American songwriter Post Malone.
Taylor Swift’s “The Tortured Poets Department” album, breaks the record of becoming the first album to exceed 200 millions streams in a single day. Moreover, Fortnight peak at #1 in 11 countries all over the world.
Currently, “Fortnight” landed it spot in #3 Spotify PH Top 50 chart with a total plays of 717, 173, followed by #2 “Babaero” by gins&melodies with Hev Abi.
