Beyoncé hailed as Grammy queen with 32 wins; Harry Styles wins best album

American singer-songwriter Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, most commonly known as Beyoncé, emerged as the most honored Grammy awardee after receiving her 32nd win on Monday (Philippine time).

The Single Ladies singer currently holds the most number of wins after the 65th edition of the Grammys, where she received nine nominations. She took home four trophies. 

Beyoncé won the Best Dance/Electronic Music Album for her most recent studio album Renaissance. The internationally-acclaimed pop diva also won the award for Best R&B Song for Cuff It, Best Dance/Electronic Recording for Break My Soul, and Best Traditional R&B Performance for Plastic Off the Sofa.

She was also nominated for other awards including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Song Written for Visual Media, and Best Remixed Recording.

Harry “Always Winning The Grammy” Styles

Former One Direction member Harry Styles has always been nominate  a constant winner at The Grammys ever since the start of his solo career in 2017.

During this year’s Grammys, the As It Was singer got seven nominations from the award-giving body, including the following:

  • Record of the Year – As It Was
  • Album of the Year – Harry’s House
  • Song of the Year – As It Was
  • Best Pop Solo Performance – As It Was
  • Best Music Video – As It Was
  • Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical – Harry’s House
  • Best Pop Vocal Album – Harry’s House

For his third studio album Harry’s House, which was released in May 2022, Styles took home the Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Engineered Album for Non-Classical awards.

In the 63rd Grammy Awards in 2021, his album Fine Line snatched the Best Solo Performance award for the single Watermelon Sugar

He was also nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album for Fine Line and Best Music Video for Adore You during the same ceremony.

Currently, Styles has won 4 Grammy awards under the three studio albums he released in the previous years.
