Stray Kids’ album ‘5-Star’ tops Billboard 200

SOUTH Korean boy-band Stray Kids’ ‘5-Star’ debut at number 1 on Billboard 200. 

On a report made by Billboard, all four of Stray Kids entries have debuted number 1 on Billboard 200. Last monday, the group took home the Top K-pop Album prize at the 2023 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs) for “5-Star.” 

Stay Kids group leader Bang Chan expressed his gratitude during the acceptance speech. During the speech, he stated how they wouldn’t probably have made it so far without the love and support from everyone.  

“We promise to return the favor with our upcoming music, performances and love,” he added.

Aside from securing the top place, Stray Kids was also nominated for Top Global K-pop Artist. 

Upon Stray Kids securing the places on number one, a lot of fans had congratulated them on their success.
