FAMILIAR faces emerged as winners of the #BotoNgKabataan 2025 midterm elections in the eastern part of Metro Manila and Rizal.
Overwhelming win
In Pasig City, Mayor Vico Sotto got a fresh mandate – his third and last – as he won by a landslide over Sara Discaya, Cory Palma, and Eagle Ayaon.
Sotto, who was running as an independent, won as he tallied 351,392 votes from 519 clustered precincts.
His incumbent Vice-Mayor Robert “Dodot” Jaworski also won a third term.
Meanwhile, Congressman Roman Romulo, also won a fresh mandate.

San Juan’s Zamora wins anew
In San Juan City, Mayor Francis Zamora was reelected for a third time, also his final term.
He defeated PBA Legend Philip Cezar with 57,998 votes.
Meanwhile, AAA Agcaoili got 48,600 votes, while Bel Zamora had 44,545 votes to win as vice mayor and lone district representative, respectively.

Poised to win
In Marikina City, Cong. Maan Teodoro is leading against Cong. Stella Quimbo. Her running mate Dhel De Guzman also leads against Marion Andres.
Mayor Marcy Teodoro is also leading against Sen. Koko Pimentel.
Unopposed win
In Mandaluyong City, Mayor Menchie Abalos and her vice mayor Anthony Suva as well as Queenie Gonzales for the the lone district of the city, are poised to be reelected as they are running unopposed.

In Antipolo City, Mayor Jun Ynares III is set to get a fresh mandate as he overwhelmingly leads his opponents. Randy Puno is set to win as Vice Mayor.
Meanwhile, Rizal Gov. Nina Ynares will also get a fresh mandate. Pining Gatlabayan leads the vice governor post.
Mayor Omie Rivera and Vice Mayor Jimmy Roxas are expected to win anew in the San Mateo municipality. Cong. Jojo Garcia is also leading the race.
Cainta Mayor Kit Nieto is running unopposed, while Ace Servillion leads the vice mayoralty race.
