STATE weather forecasters said that Metro Manila and 10 other provinces will be experiencing moderate to heavy rains as well as strong winds within the next two to three hours.
According to the thunderstorm advisory, PAGASA said that among the areas that will be affected include: Zambales; Pampanga; Tarlac; Laguna; Batangas; Cavite; Bataan; Bulacan; Rizal; and Nueva Ecija.
PAGASA also said that theMulanay in Quezon province is now experiencing heavy rains.
The affected residents were advised to take precautionary measures against flash floods and landslides.
