THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Tuesday announced the suspension of the number coding scheme this afternoon.

According to the MMDA, they decided to suspend the number coding scheme to give way for passengers to go home early.

Vehicles ending in number 3 and 4 are affected by the coding scheme.
Usually under the said scheme vehicles are not allowed on major thoroughfares from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
