Smart says system down

Several subscribers of Smart Communications had flooded the telcos’ complaint services as they had been experiencing intermittent or no services at all.

Subscribers blasted the telco saying that they should be given compensation. They complained of problems with work, school and even payments. Some as far as the north and even Mindanao.

Smart asked for understanding as they are trying to resolve the matter.

“Some Smart subscribers may experience intermittent services due to a power issue in one of our facilities,” Smart said in their social media account

“Our teams are working to restore services as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience,” it added.
