FERDINAND Guerrero, considered as the last of the four respondents in the serious illegal detention case filed by Vhong Navarro, has presented himself to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
According to the NBI, Guerrero, wearing a black shirt, surrendered himself to NBI director Medardo De Lemos.

Earlier, Cedric Lee, Deniece Cornejo, and Simeon Raz were arrested after being found guilty in the case filed by Navarro.
Guerrero is among those charged.
Cornejo, Lee, and Raz have been admitted to prison facilities.
