Classes Suspensions due to Typhoon Hanna and habagat

With continuous rains drenching key areas in Luzon including Metro Manila, classes were suspended for both public and private schools in the following areas:

  • Entire Province of Pampanga
  • Manila
  • Caloocan
  • Marikina
  • Malabon
  • Valenzuela
  • Pasay City
  • Paranaque
  • San Juan
  • Cavite City
  • Noveleta, Cavite
  • Bacoor
  • Kawit, Cavite
  • Dasmarinas
  • Bocaue, Bulacan
  • Bataan
  • Pangasinan
    • Aguilar
    • Bani
    • Binmaley
    • Bugallon
    • Calasiao
    • Dagupan City
    • Infanta
    • Lingayen (including work in government)
    • Malasiqui
    • Mangaldan
    • Mangatarem
    • San Fabian
    • Sta. Barbara
  • Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur

Meanwhile, classes from preschool to senior high school in public at private schools were suspended in the following ares:

  • Navotas
  • Benguet
  • Pangasinan
    • Alaminos
    • Mapandan
    • San Carlos City

Baguio City on the other hand suspended classes from preschool to elementary, both public and private.

Quezon City on the other hand allowed localized suspension of classes. Among them include:

Storm Signal No. 1 is hoisted in Batanes due to the storm.

While there is no direct effect to the country, the storm is pulling the southwest monsoon bringing rains to majority of Northern Luzon, including Metro Manila
