BREAKING: Ex-President Rodrigo Duterte en route to Hague

EX-PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has boarded a chartered plane and is reported to be on the way to The Hague in the Netherlands to face the charges filed against him by the International Criminal Court (ICC) in relation to the bloody drug war of his administration.

This after nearly 12 hours from his arrest in NAIA. 

Reports say that Duterte is accompanied by former executive secretary Salvador Medialdea.

Meanwhile, the Philippine National Police has ordered all its units and regional offices to be on heightened alert as political tension rise following the arrest of the former president. 

President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. is expected to address the nation this evening regarding this matter.
