A $4-million initiative by the New Zealand government to help teenagers get over breakups encourages them to “own the feels.”

Launched on Wednesday, March 22, the Love Better campaign has the long-term goal of eliminating family violence and sexual violence as reported by CNN.

Teens can find support after heartbreak and learn how to protect themselves and others through the campaign, which will receive $4 million in funding over three years.

For young people going through a breakup, the campaign will provide text, phone, and email communication through a registered charity, Youthline.

The government says that the effort is being driven by young people in New Zealand who have highlighted this as a significant problem.
