LOOK: Gen Z celebrities who build their own dream homes

WORKING  hard indeed pays hard. 

In life, one of the biggest goals is to build your dream home for your family. It is an ultimate statement that you have reached certain levels of success that entitled you to afford such an overwhelming purchase. Most of the time, people spend years before achieving this goal. 

But there are a few who played a good mix of luck and hard work. They need not to wait until they get old to fulfill the dream of having their own dream home. In fact, some of them had done it so early in life, they saw their dreams unfold before their eyes in their early 20s. 

Let’s take a look at some of the Gen Z celebrities who have already started construction of their dream homes. 

  1. Donny Pangilinan

Kapamilya actor Donny Pangilinan, son of actress Maricel Laxa,  at 24 just couldn’t be more proud to show the construction of his new home which he calls Casa Donato. 

The photo showed him posing at what appears to be the top portion of his home. 

  1. Kathryn Bernardo 

Another celebrity grand home on the way is Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo’s who is only 26 years old. It is no secret that the prized ABS-CBN talent has achieved a lot in her career being one of the country’s biggest actors, needless to say, she is one of the highest paid. 

And so in 2016, she gambled into one of her most extravagant purchases, her dream home. She first bought the land in 2016 as a gift to her parents now she proudly flaunted to her followers the current status of her home. 

  1. Barbie Forteza 

According to “Maria Clara at Ibarra” actress Barbie Forteza, one lesson that the pandemic has taught her is “to plan ahead and think long term.” Because of her achievements, she has now started building her dream home for herself and her family. 

She also congratulated herself for achieving such a feat at just 25 years old. 

  1. Ryzza Mae Dizon 

Yes, achieving your dream home can come even before your 20’s, former child star Ryzza Mae Dizon proves this. She is a classic example of a rags to riches story. 

Poverty was the foremost reason she joined “Little Miss Philippines” in “Eat Bulaga.” 

Having started very young, she had already achieved a number of achievements in the industry especially in providing for her family. Now at only 17, she is already seeing her dream home coming to life. 

  1. Ranz Kyle and Niana Guerrero 

Dancing siblings Niana Guerrero and Ranz Kyle are one of the many proof that a social media career, if pursued, is a lucrative one. 

Niana, especially, is one of the most famous Tiktok superstars. With an overwhelming 37.5 million followers, each video she releases rakes in millions of views every time. 

Back in June 2021, the Guerrero family already started construction for their dream home.
