The comfort and joy that your favorite meals bring can evoke a sense of familiarity and warmth within you. Also, treating yourself to good food is another way to boost your mood and give you pleasure.
Remember that every challenge you overcome makes you stronger and more resilient. There is more to life than whatever is consuming you.
Imagine how unique your life is, and know that you matter to others. Words can’t even begin to describe how much your family, your pets, and your friends love you.
Life is full of possibilities. Imagine who and where you will be in five or ten years if you just keep moving forward.
