P-pop megastar SB19 ended the North American leg of their PAGTATAG! word tour with a bang!
The astounding quintet concluded their concert in Edmonton, Canada last August 20, the last stop of their tour.
On Instagram, SB19 expressed gratitude to their fans, collectively known as A’TIN, who supported their second world tour. The group posted a photo of them with their fans during the Edmonton concert.
“Thank you so much for making this journey possible, A’TIN! We’ll see each other again!” the P-pop powerhouse said.
A’TINs from Canada also thanked their idols for visiting their country.
“Expect that there will be more CanadA’Tin waiting for you next year!” fanbase CANADA’TIN said.
If you still haven’t gotten over with the Mahalima’s charm, here are five concert highlights from their last show in Canada that will surely amuse you:
The feeling of excitement and surprise hits differently when you witness your favorite idols perform their hit songs live on stage.
During their Edmonton concert, SB19 hyped up their fans as they performed their hit songs Gento, Crimzone, Go Up, Liham, Nyebe, WHAT?, I Want You, Bazinga, and Ilaw.
Loud cheers from the fans echoed at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium as the P-pop artists entered the stage and showcased their world class performances.
A’TINs also praised their idols for their perfect vocals and energetic dance moves, which made the fans want more.
Technical problems may happen on stage, but SB19 showed how they smoothly address it.
Stell’s microphone stopped working when he was about to sing his line during the group’s Freedom performance. Fortunately, the main vocalist managed to switch his microphone with his co-member Justin and continued to hit high notes as if nothing happened.
Fans applauded the group for being professional on stage as the members continued to carry out the performance seamlessly.
The Pagtatag! world tour won’t be completed without solo performances from the five members to serenade A’TINs.
For his solo performance, Stell sang the signature song Defying Gravity from the musical Wicked.
SB19’s leader Pablo, meanwhile, performed his unreleased song Kumunoy.
The crowd waved their lightsticks as Josh hyped them up with Wild Tonight.
Justin tugged at the hearts of A’TINs with his cover of One Direction’s Little Things.
Ken, on the other hand, carried out a very chill version of Criminal.
Fans commended the world-class solo performances of the members that captured their hearts.
Another iconic moment during the concert was when a Philippine flag was raised and waved during the encore.
In a video shared by X user @SB19TeamCanada, a male fan could be seen waving the flag as the group performed their hit song WHAT?
“What a way to feel Pinoy pride at the end of the last stop of their NA leg of the Pagtatag! World Tour,” the netizen said.
To express their love and support to the Mahalima, A’TINs surprised the boys with a poster that read, “SB19, you made us believe in the impossible.” The poster was part of the fan project for the P-pop idols.
This made the members feel emotional as the fans raised the posters after their Go Up performance.
