Ready for the ‘Best Day Ever?’ P-pop group AJAA to hold fan meet in May

IT seems that Hanies are about to experience their “best day ever,” as their favorite P-pop idols are gearing up for a fan meet next month.

P-pop group AJAA—composed of young, talented artists Ash, JC, Axl, and Alex—announced on Wednesday that it will hold the “BEST DAY EVER” fan meet on May 30 at Teatrino at Promenade in Greenhills, San Juan.

“Hanies, it’s going to be the best day ever!” said the quartet, who will be preparing exciting performances, fun surprises, and other “kilig” moments for its fans.

Dropping a teaser for the event, Axl said on X (formerly Twitter), “‘Di lang Cuppy Cake maririnig niyo ‘pag pumunta kayo!”

Alex, meanwhile, told Hanies, “Ngayon na ang oras galaw galaw na mga piggy bank niyo.”

The “BEST DAY EVER” fan meet is another solo event for AJAA, following its “AJAA Live at VIVA Cafe” in December 2024 and first-anniversary concert in September 2024, where the members shared with republicasia their goal to promote P-pop globally and dream collaborations.

AJAA made its first music comeback for 2025, releasing the upbeat single “Dedma.” In an interview with republicasia, the P-pop group said the song does not just narrate how a person ignores romantic feelings but also negativity.

Ticket prices, perks

Ticket prices for the “BEST DAY EVER” fan meet range from P500 for “Dedma,” P1,000 for “BES I LUV U,” P1,500 for “Torpe,” and P2,500 for “Hany.” 

All tickets are free seating, said AJAA.

All attendees, regardless of the tiers, will be given a concert pass to the event. Meanwhile, those in the “Torpe” and “Hany” sections will be given posters.

Only “Hany” ticket holders will be given keychains and are entitled to a hi-touch session and photo opportunity (in groups of 10) with AJAA.

Asked if merchandise would be available at the “BEST DAY EVER” fan meet, Alex teased “May niluluto kami. More details coming right up!”

Details for the ticket selling are yet to be announced, but it will start on May 1 at noon.

‘The New Generation of P-pop’

AJAA is under Cornerstone Entertainment, the same label handling rising P-pop groups VXON, G22, and Yes My Love (YML). 

Tagged as the “New Generation of P-pop,” the quartet debuted in September 2023 with its first extended play (EP), “4 U.” The debut EP consisted of four tracks: “Hany,” “Best Day Ever,” “Cuppy Cake,” and “Torpe.” 

This was followed by the single “BES I LUV U” in 2024, which earned AJAA the first “Idol of the Month” award from the P-pop music show “PPOP Stage” in January.
