PCO: Beware of fake ‘walang pasok’ announcement

The Presidential Communications Office on Sunday warned Filipinos not to believe in circulating fake news depicting a “walang pasok” announcement.

According to the PCO, the said image bore the PCO and Bagong Pilipinas logos.

It said: “Work in government offices and classes at all levels in Luzon are suspended on 28–31 October 2024.”

But the PCO asked the public to conduct follow announcements only from the official government pages.

“The Presidential Communications Office and the Office of the Executive Secretary have not issued work and class suspensions for October 28–31, 2024,” it said.
