FOR the second time, record label O/C Records joins forces with the University of the Philippines Diliman University Student Council (UPD USC) for ‘UP Fair Hiwaga’ 2024.
In an Instagram post, Chynna Ortaleza, co-founder of O/C Records with Kean Cipriano, confirmed the participation of the music label in the upcoming university fair.
“Malaking karangalan na makasama namin ulit ang [UPD USC]. Salamat sa tiwala,” said Ortaleza.
Happening on February 12, Monday, ‘Hiwaga’ kicks off the week-long university fair at the Sunken Garden, annually attended by at least 12,000 people.
In 2020, the record label first teamed up with the UPD USC for ‘UP Fair Hiwaga’ before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the country, where it featured artists from O/C’s roster.
While the official artist lineup for UP Fair 2024 is yet to be announced, fans may expect O/C’s current hitmakers, including Adie, Unique Salonga, and mrld, to perform at the event.
