N.Cat Philippines celebrates 10th anniversary

KOREAN fashion brand N.Cat celebrated its 10th anniversary in the Philippines with flair at Whitespace Manila last July 3.

The anniversary event was considered the biggest celebration for the brand yet, kicking off new ventures and collections through a fashion runway show.

Themed N.Cat Playhouse, the show emphasizes embracing one’s inner child and expressing authentic self through fashion.

The runway was divided into three categories, each flaunting the latest earrings, hair accessories, and jewelry designs from N.Cat.

The “Quirky, Flirty, Thriving” segment showcased bold prints, pops of color, and statement accessories, reflecting the commitment of the brand to remain a frontrunner in the K-fashion field.

Meanwhile, the “GRL GVNG” category boasted N.Cat’s Y2K-inspired black pieces, silver accessories, and chains.

The “Girl Meets World” look was also displayed on the runway, showing the feminine, soft girl charm using N.Cat’s preppy coords, hair clips, and cute earrings.

Guests were put in the spotlight as attendees who won the Best Dressed Award for each category had the opportunity to walk on the runway with their best outfits.

The fashion event would not be complete without a photo booth featuring a 360-degree rotating camera where attendees can take and print pictures for free.

Attendees were also allowed to style their own printed photos using colorful stickers. Various foods and beverages were available as well in the event.

Former MNL48 member Sela Guia, Goin’ Bulilit star Mitch Briones, and many social media influencers graced the N.Cat event and participated in various anniversary games.

Established in 1991 in South Korea, N.Cat entered the Philippine market in 2014 and would later become one of the most cherished brands for K-fashion accessories.
