THE BELOVED “My Hero Academia” manga series bids its farewell to Midoriya Izuku’s storyline after a decade.
Debuting on Weekly Shonen Jump in 2014, “My Hero Academia” quickly gained popularity and was turned into a successful anime series that is currently in its seventh season.
The series can be streamed in video media platforms such as Netflix.
The story follows a teenage boy named Midoriya Izuku, born without a quick in a superpowered world. The series is written to follow his journey as he becomes the greatest hero to be ever known.
On August 4 (Philippine time) Kohei Horikoshi–the creator of the manga series, released its final chapter, Chapter 430.
With the series coming to its end, many of My Hero Academia fans came to X to express their thoughts regarding the end of the series.
Aside from the anime, the manga has also introduced four movie franchises featuring: My Hero Academia: Two Heroes” (2018), “My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising” (2019), “My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission” (2021), and most recently, “My Hero Academia: You’re Next” (2024).
