Mimiyuuuh has witty response to netizen’s ‘pasosyal’ comment

EVERYONE can buy things they desire, go to places, or do what they want with their own money; after all, they worked hard to earn it. 

However, some individuals still have negative things to say about it. 

On Instagram, content creator Mimiyuuuh cleverly clapped back at a netizen who called her “pasosyal,” flexing a bag she got from Italian luxury fashion house Bottega Veneta.

Mimiyuuuh shared a screenshot of the netizen’s comment on her Instagram reel, titled “PASOSYAL.mp4,” which read, “Susko napaligiran lang ng mga mayayaman, f na f [feel na feel] naman na mayaman siya. ‘Di mo need niyan badeng. Pasosyal ‘di naman bagay.”

But this comment did not seem to bother the 27-year-old internet personality, as she appeared in a video carrying a huge green Bottega Veneta paper bag to do an unboxing video.

“We’re gonna be having another unboxing video kasi kailangan nating magpasosyal, you know what I’m saying?” Mimiyuuuh said.

“The only BV I need in my life is Bottega Venetta!” she added.

She then showcased the new bag she bought for her recent travels. It is a large pink Andiamo bag that has braided straps and a metal knot fastener.

“Lately, I’ve been traveling a lot ‘cause—kimi! Ito nagpapasosyal! ‘Wag na magpasosyal, kaya may nagagalit sa’yo eh,” she quipped.

Mimiyuuuh explained that she bought the bag to replace the tote bag she had been using for almost four years.

“Ito lang po ang pink na bag na binili ko na hindi ako malungkot. ‘Cause your girl is living the life, life is life-ing, you know what I’m say—hala nagpapasosyal,” she said.

She continued, “Lately po, I’ve been into big bags, you know what I’m saying? And with traveling bags po kasi, what I look—nagpapasosyal! What I love—nagpapasosyal!”

The content creator proceeded to show the hand-made bag’s features and ended the reels with, “I’m super excited to travel again, live my life, at magpakasosyal.”

Supportive netizens

Meanwhile, many netizens, including celebrities and fellow content creators, expressed support for Mimiyuuuh, saying that she deserved the things she pruchased with her hard-earned money.

Carla Abellana commented, “DESERVE! At hindi ka pasosyal.”

Kakai Bautista said, “Hayaan mo silang maglaway [nang] maglaway.”

“Deserve mo yan mhie ugh ang ganda ng pink!!!!!” said Angelique Manto.

Another netizen told Mimiyuuuh, “Girl you worked hard for it, go lang.”

Mimiyuuuh recently posted on Instagram several snaps from her first travel to Europe. She visited Rome, Italy; Zaandam, Netherlands; Titlis Mountain, Switzerland; and Paris, France.

She also released a vlog about her Paris trip, saying that it was “one of the highlights” of her 2024.
