Mariah Carey to Serenade Manila Fans This October 14

She’s coming back!

Global Pop Icon Mariah Carey is set to dazzle Manila once again with a one-night-only concert on October 14, 2025, as part of The Celebration of Mimi world tour. 

The multi-grammy winning superstar made the announcement on social media, Monday morning (Manila time), sending her Filipino fans into a frenzy. 

“We’re taking The Celebration of Mimi worldwide! I can’t wait to see you all during this special anniversary year of the Mimi album. More dates to be announced soon,” captioned Mariah on her post. 

Aside from her Philippine performance, Mariah is set to bring her tour to other Asian countries. 

​Mariah Carey last performed for her Filipino fans on October 26, 2018, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. This concert was part of her Mariah Carey: Live in Concert tour, which featured her number-one hits and more.

This time, Mariah’s The Celebration of Mimi, is a special tribute to her 2005 album The Emancipation of Mimi. It was an album that marked a significant comeback of her career, featuring chart-topping hits like “We Belong Together” and “Shake It Off”.

Mariah Carey remains one of the best-selling artists of all time. In the Philippines, her holiday anthem All I Want for Christmas Is You holds a special place, marking the start of the country’s famously long Christmas season as early as September. 

Carey has acknowledged her Filipino fans’ enthusiasm, further cementing her strong connection with the country.
