Jericho Rosales, Kathryn Bernardo seen jogging together

CELEBRITIES Jericho Rosales and Kathryn Bernardo were recently seen jogging together at the Marikina Sports Complex.

Posted by a netizen on Facebook, the caption read: “Post ko na din sa wall ko para may remembrance. Kasabay lang namin mag-jogging sila Kathryn Bernardo and Jericho Rosales. Wag nang mag-showbiz question kasi ‘di ko din alam ang sagot.”

The photos surfaced on Tuesday.

No further statements have been released from either party since the photos were posted, but many have shown their surprise over the pairing given Rosales’ recently announced his separation with wife Kim Jones.

One netizen commented that the two were not jogging alone; they were accompanied by John Manalo, the nephew of Rosales.

“Baka may project collab sila; spotted din sila sa isang bar the other day,” another netizen wrote in reference to Johnny Manahan’s birthday dinner on January 26, which the pair attended alongside fellow actors Maja Salvador, Bea Alonzo, Piolo Pascual, and John Lloyd Cruz, among others.

Aside from this, Rosales also said on his Instagram account that it would make “more sense” to work with Bernardo “at this moment.”

Talk of the town

This unexpected pairing has come as a shock to everyone given that Bernardo broke up with fellow actor Daniel Padilla last year after 12 years of being in a relationship, surprising the thousands of Filipinos who expected that they were endgame at that point.

There have been many rumors about Padilla supposedly wanting to get back together with Bernardo, but neither has commented on this.

Rosales and Jones’ separation was also confirmed by Rico Ocampo, the godfather of the ex-couple, on January 29. He added that the couple have actually been separated since 2019, but remain good friends with one another up to the present day.

Neither Rosales nor Jones, however, have personally spoken on the matter.

Whether something is going on between Bernardo and Rosales is still unclear.

Regardless of whatever the truth may be, the fact of the matter is that they are both two single people navigating the world as best as they can, and the decisions that they make are theirs and theirs alone.
