Here’s the complete list of the 10th Wish Music Awards winners

FILIPINO artists, whose excellent works made the Original Pinoy Music (OPM) scene thrive, were honored at the 10th Wish Music Awards (WMA) on Sunday, January 19.

The awarding ceremony was held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, which was graced by seasoned and rising local artists including P-pop powerhouses SB19 and BINI.

SB19, known as the “Kings of P-pop,” dominated the 10th WMA with two awards for the group, three awards for Stell, and one title each for Felip, Josh Cullen, and Pablo.

The phenomenal quintet bagged the “Wishclusive Ballad Performance of the Year” and “Wish Song Collaboration of the Year” for their rendition of “Ilaw” and their hit song “KALAKAL,” respectively.

“KALAKAL” is SB19’s collaboration song with OPM icon Gloc-9, whose real name is Aristotle Pollisco.

“Grabe ‘yung collaboration na ‘to. To be with a legendary artist such as Sir Aris, isang karangalan na po ito,” Josh Cullen said as SB19 accepted the “Wish Song Collaboration of the Year” trophy.

“Pero para po sa award na ‘to, sobrang laki po ng binigay niyong achievement for this one,” he added.

BINI, the “Nation’s Girl Group,” bagged three awards, including “Wish Pop Song of the Year” for its hit summer song “Pantropiko.”

“Ito po ‘yung una naming award this year and that’s even more special, maraming salamat po! Napakaganda ng simula po ng taon natin,” BINI’s leader Jhoanna said.

Stacey, on the other hand, said they were “very honored and grateful” to receive the title.

Meanwhile, the viral collaboration song, “Sining,” between Gen Z singer-songwriter Dionela and the country’s “R&B Prince” Jay R took home the “Wish R&B Song of the Year” title.
