THE end of 2023 ended with a bang with many celebrity couples being broken. A lot of people can say that the year 2023 is indeed full of heartbreaks.  Which of these couples’ break-ups hurts you the most? 

Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo  

Upon the ex-couple announcing the break up for their 11-year relationship on Instagram, it became a talk by a lot of people. 

According to Kathryn, she and Daniel tried fixing their relationship but even if they tried, turns out they couldn’t save it. 

“What Deej and I had was real. It was never for show. We were together not because of the cameras, not because of the fans, not because of the money that comes with a successful love team. We were genuinely in love,” She said on an Instagram post.

Kim Chiu and Xian Lim 

After 12 years of relationship, Kim Chiu and Xian Lim announced their break-up two days before Christmas.  

“In a relationship, love is always a significant factor, but sometimes love is not enough.” Kim Chiu captioned on Instagram. 

Xian also thank Kim for the beautiful memories that they had together on where he wrote, “for the almost 12 years of beautiful memories together one can never imagine.” He also added how Kim will always have a place in his heart.

Andrea Brilliantes and Ricci Rivero 

In an interview with Boy Abunda, Ricci Rivero confirmed his breakup with Andrea Brilliantes. 

In the interview, he stated that there are a lot of reasons why they broke up aside from the viral video where Andrea caught a girl in Ricci’s condo.

Max Collins and Pancho Magno  

After eight years of relationship, Max Collins confirmed her break-up with Pancho Magno. She revealed that the break-up happened during the pandemic. 

In the interview, she stated that she didn’t want to talk about it as they were dealing with a lot of hardships during that time. 

She stated on how their relationship is no longer working out and that they needed to try spending time apart to see how it would work as they have a son to think about.

Arra San Agustin and Juami Tiongson

In an interview with Boy Abunda, actress Arra San Agustin stated that she is no longer dating PBA player Juami Tiongson. 

In the interview, Arra revealed that they broke up last year around October and that the last time they talked to each other was the first week of January.

Yassi Pressman and Jon Semira

Last August, Yassi Pressman and Jon Semira confirmed their break-up.

They made it clear that there wasn’t any third party that is involved on their break-up. 

On Instagram, Jon stated that it was a mutual decision for both of them to break up. “It was a decision made by the both of us and us only. The third-party rumors are false,”

Meanwhile, Yassi stated that her their relationship as ex-couples are still great and that she respects the privacy of her ex-partner.

Kris Aquino at Mark Leviste 

Kris Aquino confirmed that she broke up with Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste last November. 

In an Instagram post, she stated, ““It was a [well-thought-out] decision based on choosing to do what’s best for me now.” She also stated on how much she’s dealing and that her love life is not a priority. 

“The truth is that I chose to lessen the stressors in my life and put my [well-being] first.” She added.

Rita Daniela and non-showbiz partner 

In an interview with Boy Abunda, Rita Daniela admitted that she and her non-showbiz partner are no longer dating. 

She stated even if they tried their best to fix the relationship, nothing worked out. 

Despite the couple splitting, Rita claimed that she is still friends with her ex-partner and raise their kid together.
