BTS-themed exhibit to open in QC in May

FILIPINO ARMY, or fans of K-pop superstar BTS, would still have to wait over a year for the reunion of the septet since all of them are currently serving their mandatory military duties. 

While they have yet to return to the music scene, fans have another way to unleash their fangirling with the upcoming BTS-themed exhibit in Quezon City.

Araneta City announced that South Korean awards ceremony The Fact Music Awards (TMA)  is set to bring “B★VERSE: BTS, Singing the Stars” exhibit to Manila from May 17 to August 15.

The exhibit will feature the evolution of BTS–composed of RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook–“as a group and as individual stars,” Araneta City said.

It promises an “immersive exhibit experience” to ARMY, as there will be a virtual reality (VR) room that will recreate the iconic TMA stages of the Grammy-nominated K-pop group from 2020 to 2022.

A “Seven Planets” section will also be mounted, which will feature themed rooms personalized for each member to showcase their photos and videos.

In addition, the “B★VERSE: BTS, Singing the Stars” exhibit will have a mapping show that will symbolize the “unique connection” between the boy group and ARMY.

It will be launched on the fourth floor of Gateway Mall 2 at Araneta City in Quezon City.

Some Filipino ARMY have already noticed the promotion of “B★VERSE: BTS, Singing the Stars” exhibit at Gateway 2’s Quantum Skyview.

“I had to enter the activity center area just to take this video. I hope they’re all doing well at the military. I miss them a lot especially JK and Jin,” one TikTok user said.

“ok, gateway what’s the meaning of this?” one fan asked.

Further details about the exhibit, such as ticket prices, have yet to be announced. Tickets will soon be available on TicketNet.

The exhibit was previously launched in Malaysia, Japan, and Thailand.
