Are you in for more bubblegum pop music? Listen to BINI’s latest ‘BINIverse’ EP

BLOOMS, it is finally Friday! For sure you already have your earphones plugged in or put your speakers in the highest volume as you listen to BINI’s second extended play (EP), “BINIverse.”

On Thursday, the “Nation’s Girl Group” dropped its six-track EP on music streaming platforms, featuring bubblegum pop tracks like “Cherry On Top,” “Cherry On Top – BiniMo Remix (feat. Agnez Mo),” and “Blink Twice.”

The “BINIverse” EP track list included new songs “Zero Pressure,” “Out Of My Head,” and the much-anticipated “Secrets,” featuring Korean-American singer-songwriter eaJ.

“Zero Pressure” talks about the eight-piece act’s ambition and its determination to achieve it. 

“Out Of My Head” captures the feeling of falling in love, taking listeners to a dreamlike fairytale.

Finally, “Secrets” comforts fans by reminding them that there are people they can be open and vulnerable with.

The “BINIverse” EP follows “Talaarawan,” BINI’s diary-inspired debut EP that highlights women empowerment. It was released in March 2024, which coincided with the celebration of National Women’s Month.

According to allchartsPH, the “BINIverse” EP has reached the top spot on the iTunes PH Albums chart.

BLOOMs’ fave tracks

The songs “Out Of My Head,” “Zero Pressure,” and “Secrets” are among the trending topics on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday. BLOOMs shared that these three tracks are their favorites from the EP.

Fans described “BINIverse” as a “no-skip album” that gave them severe LSS (Last Song Syndrome).

“The Dua Lipa-fication of Mikha Lim in ‘Zero Pressure,’” a fan said.

Meanwhile, a BLOOM praised how BINI members Aiah, Gwen, Stacey, and Mikha “delivered and devoured” the rap part in “Out Of My Head.”

For some, “Secrets” is just “pure eargasm.”

On X, eaJ reiterated how it was a blessing and an honor for him to collaborate with BINI.

“Hope you guys love it because they deserve everything and more,” the singer-songwriter said.

Mikha and Maloi hope fans appreciate their latest EP, emphasizing that they poured their hearts into each song. Mikha said they look forward to performing their new songs live for BLOOMs.

Following its Philippine Arena concert, BINI will perform at the Aurora Music Festival on May 3 and 4 in Pampanga, making history as the first artist to headline both days.

The girl group will then embark on a world tour, bringing its “BINIverse” concert to Dubai, London, and North America.
