1st One to hold send-off party for 2025 ROUND Festival

A MONTH before they leave for Malaysia, members of the P-pop boy group 1st One will hold a send-off party with their fans, also known as For One.

Titled “Bound to Round Send-Off Party,” the event is something that fans should look forward to as 1st One members Ace, Alpha, J, Jayson, Joker, and Max will unveil “exclusive content” for their fans at Viva Cafè in Cubao, Quezon City on May 24. 

It will be a day filled with live performances and interactive activities, including a Q&A session where the members may share about their future projects and collaborations.

For One will also get an exclusive peek into the group’s performance for the 2025 ROUND Festival.

Aside from 1st One, the audience will be treated to more performances by P-pop groups CALISTA and 1621.

The “Bound to Round Send-Off Party” comes before the six-piece Filipino act represents the Philippines at this year’s ROUND Festival, also known as the ASEAN-Korea Music Festival 2025, from June 21 to 22 at Zepp Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

1st One’s participation in the festival was first announced in April, with the group describing this opportunity as “a blessing and a dream come true.”

The members are expected to don the outfits made by Filipino fashion designer Jobert Cristobal at the 2025 ROUND Festival.

ROUND Festival Lineup

Organizers have revealed the stellar roster of local and international artists who will set the stage on fire at the 2025 ROUND Festival.

Based on the lineup, 1st One will perform on June 21 (Saturday), alongside Myanmar’s He’ Lay, Malaysia’s Marsha Milan, Vietnam’s Minh Tôc & Lam, Lao PDR’s Thay Champasak, South Korea’s Touched, and Singapore’s Yung Raja.

On June 22 (Sunday), Malaysia’s Dolla will share the stage with South Korea’s Dragon Pony and Paul Kim, Brunei’s The Pujanggas, Thailand’s Retrospect, Cambodia’s Tep Boprek, and Indonesia’s Yan Josua.

The Philippines was previously represented at the festival by Josh Cullen of P-pop boy group SB19, singer-songwriter Zack Tabudlo, and folk-pop band Ben&Ben.
